Platform Documentation
This Platform Documentation provides an overview of Breezy's services for informational purposes only. It is not a legal document and does not create binding obligations. The specific services purchased and the contractual obligations are detailed in the Terms of Service, Schedules, and Order Forms, which are agreed upon and signed by the Customer during the sign-up journey.
1. CUSTOMER DEFINITIONS
1.1 Brand
A 'Brand' refers to a specific product or service offered by a company, distinguished by its unique name. It's the identity under which a company markets and sells its offerings.
1.2 Agency
An 'Agency' is a business or organisation that offers specialised services on behalf of other companies, individuals, or groups. These services can range from marketing, advertising, to management and consulting.
1.3 Network and/or Tracking SaaS (Software as a Service)
This is a digital platform or service, which may operate independently or as part of a larger network, focusing on affiliate marketing and performance tracking. It provides essential tools for affiliate marketing such as matching brands with affiliate partners, tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and analysing results. It serves as a bridge connecting affiliate creators (who can be individuals, companies, or content creators promoting products) with brands (companies offering products or services).
1.4 Publisher and/or Creator and/or Affiliate
This term encompasses individuals, groups, or businesses engaged in content creation in the digital space. This includes, but is not limited to, bloggers, website owners, YouTubers, Instagram influencers, podcasters, and other media channel operators. They create and share various types of content, such as articles, videos, art, and music, primarily to promote products or services of other companies (brands).
2. BREEZY ECOSYSTEMS
2.1 Ecosystem Definition
Ecosystems are Breezy’s core discovery, competitor landscape, and gap analysis products.
Customers can generate data on known affiliate partnerships within a specific niche or ecosystem. To create an Ecosystem, customers compile a list of brands relevant to their partnership goals, including competitors and related non-competing brands.
Breezy then automatically cross-references this list with its database of over 20 million affiliate partnerships—identified by detecting tracking signatures between entities. The data is enriched with additional insights, producing two powerful, interactive views: ‘Leads’ and ‘Competitors.’
2.1.1 Competitors
This is your Competitor Landscape: an interactive table of all relevant brands (including direct and indirect competitors, and/or adjacent non-competing brands), and basic information on those competitors, including their known affiliate partnerships.
2.1.2 Leads
This is your Leads Analysis: an interactive table of all the affiliates, as known to Breezy, who have established a promotional partnership with at least one of the brand domains comprising the ecosystem, along with detailed information on those affiliates, including their other known affiliate partnerships. The data can be filtered to allow the customer to see the ‘opportunity gap’ by excluding their existing affiliate partners to highlight those in the ecosystem with whom they do not yet have an established affiliate partnership.
2.2 Ecosystem Inputs
There are two ways to initiate the creation of an Ecosystem:
2.2.1 Self-Service Users
can input their own brand domains directly into the Ecosystem Builder to build their ecosystem.
2.2.2 Managed Users
will fill out an 'Input Document'. This document is essential for capturing the URLs of brands relevant to the Ecosystem. If additional brands need to be added later, they can do so at any time, and Breezy will incorporate them into the Ecosystem within 48 hours. For Managed users, the Input Document also requires specifying the Top-Level Domain (TLD) for each brand to tailor the Ecosystem more precisely to their needs. If the information provided isn't comprehensive enough to effectively set up the Ecosystem, Breezy’s team will assist in gathering the necessary details to ensure a robust and valuable Ecosystem.
2.3 Ecosystem Statuses
2.2.1 Active
An Ecosystem is considered "Active" from its "Activation Date." Once active, it remains accessible for the rest of your subscription period unless you choose to pause it.
2.2.2 Paused
You can pause an Ecosystem to temporarily stop payments for it. This option is available if you have more than one active Ecosystem or if your subscription includes Search services.
2.2.3 Deleted
If your subscription is cancelled, any paused Ecosystems will be permanently deleted from the Breezy platform 91 days after being paused.
2.2.4 Dormant
A Dormant Ecosystem is one that hasn’t been activated or made visible to you yet. This status is only applicable to our Managed Services.

7. BREEZY SEARCHES
7.1 Search Definition
Breezy Searches are a key feature of our platform, designed to help you discover potential digital partners by generating a large number of relevant leads. Each search is tailored to specific geographies and product niches, using customer-provided keywords and competitor URLs (collectively known as 'Search Inputs'). The Breezy team is available to refine these inputs if needed.
7.2 Full Searches & Mini Searches
Breezy offers two types of searches, differentiated by the scope of the inputs:
Full Search:
- Select a pre-agreed geography.
- Identify up to 500-1,000 targeted keywords.
- Identify up to 30 brand domains, including competitors or adjacent brands.
- Data preparation typically takes 3-4 hours.
Mini Search:
- Select a pre-agreed geography.
- Identify up to 50-100 targeted keywords.
- Identify up to 10 brand domains, including competitors or adjacent brands.
- Data preparation typically takes 2-3 hours.
For both Search types, our customer support team assists with setup, preparing data inputs (‘Search Inputs’), and entering the data. Once the inputs are finalised, our team runs the Search. Searches are typically completed within 7 days of receiving the minimum required inputs. If desired our experienced team will manage the inputs from end-to-end to reduce friction and remove the need for a sign-off.
7.3 Search Inputs
Before initiating a Search, customers complete an 'Input Document' capturing essential details like relevant keywords, competitor and adjacent brand URLs, target geography, and the niche or category. If the provided information is insufficient, our team will help enrich these inputs before starting the Search.
7.4 Search Statuses
7.4.1 Active
A Search is considered "Active" from its "Activation Date." Once active, it remains accessible for the rest of your subscription period unless you choose to pause it.
7.4.2 Paused
You can pause a Search to temporarily stop payments for it. This option is available if you have more than one active Ecosystem or if your subscription includes Search services.
7.4.3 Deleted
If your subscription is cancelled, any paused Searches will be permanently deleted from the Breezy platform 91 days after being paused.
7.4.4 Dormant
A Dormant Search is one that hasn’t been made visible to you yet. This status is only applicable to our Managed Services.
7.5 Search Refresh
You can request for a refresh an existing Search to keep the results up to date, without modifying or adding new inputs. A Full Search refresh costs £99, and a Mini Search refresh costs £39. This refresh extends the search’s active period by 90 days from the refresh date. To perform a refresh, you need to contact our team to purchase them and have us run them for you.
8. SEARCH SUBSCRIPTIONS

9. MANAGED DISCOVERY
9.1 Managed Discovery
Breezy’s Fully Managed service is an additional service to the core Breezy package detailed in previous sections that can be appended to both Breezy Search and Breezy Ecosystem subscriptions.
The Fully Managed service involves the Breezy team holding workshops with the customers to define the customer's Ideal Partner Profiles (IPP), descriptions detailing the traits of their best-fit partners. It's a strategic tool for identifying high-value & quality partners and supporting customer success. We will also use these workshops to identify which taxonomy and labelling approaches best suit the customer’s recruitment needs.
Once we have defined a customer’s ideal partner types, we tailor lead discovery to match their IPP. We will identify with the customers which subscriptions (e.g. Search subscription and / or Ecosystem subscriptions) are to be managed by our team, and oversee the discovery process from setup through to filtering, sorting and labelling. The Breezy team will use our interface to sort, label and group leads, preparing them for export to the customer’s tailored Outreach campaigns. Labeling and Grouping Methods will include identifying such components as:
- Lead Type: e.g. Magazine, blog, comparison, review, advice, guide, brand reseller etc.
- Focus: e.g. Specific products or categorical niches.
- Metrics: e.g. Traffic volume, domain authority, geographic reach etc.
- Audience: e.g. Luxury travellers, politically liberal, gamers, etc.
- Engagement Strategies: e.g. personalise to relevant pages, re-engage for optimisation.
- Outreach Group: e.g. Tags unique to customer’s outreach strategies
Our Customer Success team will focus on reasonable outreach volume targets such that the Customer will receive a periodical data export containing all data that’s been agreed as relevant and useful for a reasonable pre-agreed volume of leads.
The customer will still have access to all Searches and Ecosystems and Platform features, and it will be up to them to determine whether they wish to use the platform. However, guidelines will be established to ensure that the users do not accidentally erase or hinder the work output by Breezy team doing Managed Discovery.
9.2 Managed Discovery Exclusions
Fully Managed services are available on request and for specific language searches only. Where we cannot provide a Fully Managed service, we will endeavour to ensure that the Customer is supported with additional training.
10. MANAGED DISCOVERY SUBSCRIPTIONS
10.1 Subscription Periods
Breezy provides Managed Discovery subscriptions with an auto-renewal feature, primarily on an annual basis. Alternative arrangements can be made upon agreement.
10.2 Managed Discovery Subscription Fee
The Managed subscription fee starts at a simple 20% overage fee, applied only to those Search and Ecosystem subscriptions where Managed Discovery Services have been pre-agreed.
11. OUTREACH AS A SERVICE
11.1 Managed Outreach
In addition to Managed Discovery, Breezy has perfected our outreach game, blending top-notch precise lead targeting, with consultative organisation of data and innovative outreach techniques to connect you with relevant leads. We will own outreach to deliver a reasonable pre-agreed volume of either interested responses from leads sent directly into the customer’s inboxes, or as clickthroughs to their Affiliate Hub. Breezy oversees the process of technical setup, campaign creation, account sequence management and response forwarding to help customers scale their recruitment with best outreach practices. We do this by ensuring higher volumes of leads entering into multi-touch outreach sequences designed for greater personalisation and industry-leading conversion rates.
11.2 Technical Setup
Customers can engage Breezy to set up their automated partner outreach programs. This involves, and is not limited to:
11.2.1 Collaborative Ideation
We brainstorm domain names that resonate with customers’ brand identities and can scale to meet their recruitment goals. We use these to circumvent Google’s outreach limits and protect their existing domains. Domains will usually contain a customer’s brand name.
11.2.2 Domain Registration
Once we agree on domain names, we encourage you to register them, to ensure that you have full ownership and control, reinforcing trust and transparency in our partnership. Redirecting newly purchased domains to their main brand domain is most effective to establish trust with new partners.
11.2.3 Managing Domain Setups
Customers pick between two options:
- Option 1: Breezy-Managed Setup
- Process: You update the domain's name servers, and the Breezy team takes care of the rest. This method is fast, reliable, and hassle-free.
- Advantages: Significantly accelerates the end-to-end implementation to just 2 days. You retain control over the domains, with flexibility to update DNS name server records at any time.
- Considerations: Domains are exclusively used for Breezy services, with no critical infrastructure impacted. This approach is designed with their security and control in mind.
- Option 2: Customer-Managed DNS Changes
- Process: You manage all required DNS changes based on our guidance. This option provides autonomy over the technical setup process.
- Timeline: Based on our experience, this method can take up to 2 weeks due to the sequential nature of DNS changes and the potential for typographical errors.
- Considerations: This approach should be taken only if their security policies require it.
Option 1 is recommended for its efficiency and reduced margin for error. Option 2 should be considered only when specific security policies necessitate it.
11.2.4 Email Configuration and Warmup
- Email Address Agreement: We agree and set up a list of email addresses that reflect their affiliate marketing team.
- Google workspace configuration: We add the agreed addresses within a single dedicated Google Workspace, updating settings to facilitate outreach.
- Account sequence configuration: We configure the agreed email addresses within a dedicated cold email software (e.g. instantly.ai) in preparation for warm up.
- Warm up: We gradually increase volumes to establish sender reputation & ensure higher deliverability.
11.3 Campaign Sequence Management
11.3.1 Defining Value
We identify the value and superiority of the customer’s product & for a matching audience, and their partner program for the partner. We align on ‘CTA’ options (e.g., sign-up link to hub, email response).
11.3.2 Copy Creation
We leverage AI-generated messaging, and tools like Clay.run to develop skeleton copy and iterate on this using in-house expertise & data-led personalisation. Copy goes through a review process with the customer for final sign-off.
11.3.3 Sequencing
We create sequences of 5-8 emails per lead, where sequencing is typically personalised, designed to maximise the value of the customer’s program, blends different lengths of copy, and includes a customer’s team’s genuine brand account signatures. We A/B test different subject lines and copy templates and optimise based on results
11.3.4 Email Outreach Managed
Breezy will manage a set number (depending on what is agreed) of outreach campaigns on behalf of a customer. This includes:
- Uploading exported lead data into the campaign pipeline.
- Optimisation of email copy based on the performance of a campaign
- Monthly reporting on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement
11.4 Email Outreach (Managed) Exclusions
Fully Managed Outreach services are available on request and for specific languages only.
11.5 Manage Outreach Handover Services
In the event that the Managed Outreach Services are terminated but the parties agree that other subscriptions shall continue, Breezy will provide the Handover Services. This is the provision of any third party software accounts, campaign copy and sequences that were previously setup of generated as part of the Manage Outreach Service.
12. OUTREACH AS A SERVICE SUBSCRIPTIONS
12.1 Subscription Periods
Breezy provides Managed Outreach subscriptions with an auto-renewal feature, primarily on an annual basis. Alternative arrangements can be made upon agreement.
12.2 Managed Outreach Subscription Fee
The Managed Outreach subscription fee is agreed with the customer on a case by case basis.
13. FULL PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Breezy's Managed Services offer an agency-style solution for enterprises or ambitious partner programs aiming to dramatically scale discovery, recruitment, and end-to-end program management efforts. These services are bespoke and separate contracts will be established on a case by case basis.
14. GENERAL SUBSCRIPTIONS PRINCIPLES
14.1 Terms & Conditions
Upon agreement, customers will receive a digital copy of our Terms & Conditions along with a link to our Privacy Notices. An authorised representative from the Customer's side must sign the Terms & Conditions to complete the agreement process.
14.2 Subscription Payments
Customers will be invoiced upon agreement, with payment due within 14 days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise. Access to the full Breezy platform features will be granted once payment is received.
14.3 Subscription Renewal
Breezy subscriptions are set to automatically renew after 365 days. Customers will be alerted about the upcoming renewal with automated notifications sent 30 days, 14 days, and 2 days before the renewal date.
14.4 Subscription Cancellation
Customers have the option to cancel their subscriptions at any point during the subscription period. Upon cancellation, access to the platform will be terminated. However, customers retain the right to request exported data in the form of CSV files from their 'Relevant Leads' section until the end of the current Subscription Period, provided that the search has not been deleted as per point 2.4.4. Please note that pro-rata refunds are not available.
If there is an intention to cancel or opt out of the upcoming renewal, it is mandatory to notify us in writing at least 14 days before the renewal date. Failure to do so will obligate the Customer to pay for the subscription in full for the next period. We strive to be reasonable and understanding in such situations and will make every effort to accommodate customer needs within the constraints of our policy.
