👩🏻‍💻 Backend Developer

POSITION:Middle Backend Node.js Developer
COMPANY:Partnered Ltd (T/A Breezy)
REPORTING TO:  CTO

LOCATION:Remote, or London

We are looking for a Middle/Senior Node.js developer to work in a distributed team for a London-based startup. You must be able to create scalable services and well-documented APIs, big data and high loads must excite you, building tools to reveal the hidden while meeting the deadlines and budget should become your passion.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with our CTO, CPO, and other dev team members to build APIs supporting the frontend application, browser extensions, widgets, and integrations with CRM, marketing analytics, and tracking platforms. You will sometimes work with loose specifications to let you figure out the solution yourself.

  • You will create an API to support our main frontend application, interface with databases and other internal services.
  • Integrate with 3rd party APIs mainly for data enrichment and exchange.
  • Build tools to manage our crawler networks and create algorithms to optimize their performance.
  • Use server bots to extract usable information from large data sets ( over 150TB).
  • Make database schema decisions to store the ever-growing amounts of raw data.
  • Suggest the best approaches to store, index, and query the data to meet our client’s requirements.
  • Create dockerizes services to integrate them into our current infrastructure.
Additionally if applicable
  • Use NLP to extract data from texts and ML to classify various entities.
  • Create an RDF database based on the data we already have.

🧑🏻‍💼 Customer Success Manager

POSITION:Sales Executive / Customer Success

About This Position

The Customer Success Manager will help manage our growing client base and ensure that we deliver a best-in-class level of service. Our Customer Success Team is the bridge between our clients and our software; pivotal to protecting Breezy’s brand, and our commercial activity. You will control the information we deliver to clients and help ensure they get the best experience from the service.

Key Responsibilities

The role is currently split between Customer Success and Lead Generation and has excellent growth potential. You will be given the opportunity to explore different facets of the business, including Sales, Support and Product Development.

Lead Generation
  • Be able to identify leads for front-of-funnel sales engagement. Knowing who our ideal customer is and what problems we can solve for them.
  • Use LinkedIn to engage with prospects. Learn and develop best practices for connection and nurturing.
  • Collaborate on a strategy to create a LinkedIn funnel for lead generation through personal content creation, whilst leveraging Breezy resources.
  • Help manage prospects that have already been in contact with the Breezy sales team. Using the CRM to move them down the funnel into a buying position.
  • Support in the reviewing of copy and data alongside the Growth Team
  • Knowledgeable on the Breezy tone and how we speak with people, both in person and via email, LinkedIn etc.
Customer Success
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive the continued value of our products and services.
  • Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the creative team.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings.
  • Review the customer journey, identifying how it’s supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals.
  • Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to drill customer references and develop case studies.

  • Enjoy working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment start-up environment - figuring it out and adapting as you go.
  • Are a quick study and can pick up everything you need to know about partnerships.
  • Have customer success, consulting service or pre-sales experience and expertise.
  • Experience working within affiliate marketing or relevant industries.
  • Experience in building or nurturing partnerships is desirable.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and are adept at conducting training sessions via Zoom / Meet / Teams
  • Have a data-driven mindset and have a commitment to steer and track consistent customer engagement.
  • Can operate simultaneously and effectively in both tactical and strategic modes.
  • Are a strong team player.
  • Have basic knowledge of HTML, email marketing and ad-serving technologies.
Your Previous Experience Includes...
  • At least two years of experience in a customer success, consulting or pre-sales role.
  • A solid track record of generating new business and retaining clients.
  • Ability to learn new programs and software quickly.
  • Working with CRM.
  • Experience working within affiliate marketing or relevant industries.
  • Experience in building or nurturing partnerships.
Nice To Have...
  • Experience in the partnership space is highly beneficial.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company.
